  • Reservations

    Services are by reservation only.

  • Appointment Reminders

    Monarch will help you remember your appointment. You will receive a text two days before your appointment. It will have the date, time and location.

  • Late Arrivals

    I will do my best to accommodate however, late arrivals are not guaranteed an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for the full service amount.

  • On-time Arrival

    Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service time. Late arrivals of 15 mins or more cannot be accommodated with an extension of time. Guest will be responsible for the full service amount.

  • Pet Policy

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the facilities. Only exception being animals for handicapped patrons.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Life can be unpredictable sometimes. So, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Monarch requires 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

    If you cancel during the 24 hours time period, you will be charged $75. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount.

    Because of the service provider time, if you do not arrive for your appointment or have not cancelled within the 24 hours cancellation period, the payment method on file will be charged to ensure your therapist is properly compensated for their time.

    To reschedule or cancel, please contact Monarch by phone. If contacting outside of business hours, please send text or leave voicemail. (Text is more reliable due to timestamp.)
